The Spring House Hotel Rome Vatican, Tapestry Collection By Hilton, Rome

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, perfect for our family, although the surrounding view was not as appealing. The exceptional service made our stay memorable, from organizing airport taxis to being welcoming and attentive. The location, super close to the Vatican and with easy access to transportation, was convenient, while the dining experience featured a good selection of breakfast items. Overall, a great choice with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel rooms were quite nice from the inside, the right size for a couple, and very clean and organized. However, the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortably hot, leading to a sleepless first night and an early check-out.

The facilities were modern and well-maintained, adding to a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were in very good condition and quite spacious, with a wonderful terrace to enjoy. The service was top-notch, especially when my daughter wasn't feeling well; the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely patio and garden in the basement.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms, although smallish, had all the good facilities I needed like tea-making amenities, a good-sized TV screen, a fridge, and a wardrobe space with a safe. The small balcony was a necessity for me, and the basement area with its patio and garden was a great bonus. The room did get quite hot due to the small window, but overall, I was happy with my stay.
